Bill Hartzer was the 2019 and the 2020 Chair of the State of Search digital marketing conference and is the CEO of Hartzer Consulting, a digital marketing agency specializing in Technical SEO Audits, Domain Name consulting, and SEO Expert Witness services for legal cases and lawsuits. Mr. Hartzer is also the Chief Data Scientist for DNProtect. He developed the algorithm behind DNP Score. He is the co-founder of the Dallas/Fort Worth Search Engine Marketing Association (DFWSEM), along with Jim Gilbert.
Bill is a frequent speaker at various search, domain name, and digital marketing conferences and events such as the NamesCon, SMX and PubCon conference series. He’s also spoken several times at monthly Dallas/Fort Worth Search Engine Marketing Association meetings, and is the 2013 recipient of the DFWSEM.org Churchill Award.
