James McNulty – State of Search Session on Performance Optimization

By Jen Breeding
State of Search is pleased to announce speaker James McNulty, who will discuss how to get started with performance optimization and how to scale and track your efforts. Site speed is important for your bottom line and understandably, with so many metrics and details, it can get confusing. This session should help the audience understand how important performance is to Google, and the why and how webmasters can take initiative to improve.

James is an expat from the UK, living in the States (specifically Texas) for about thirteen years, and works at UpBuild, an all-remote boutique digital marketing agency specializing in the end-to-end optimization of the online user journey. He grew up building websites and transitioned from a web development role to SEO several years ago.

At UpBuild, we begin with the optimization of organic inbound traffic (SEO), monitor and analyze site performance through a backbone of advanced web analytics, and produce an exponential return through conversion rate optimization.
