|Bio:||Growing up, Jenny Halasz didn’t dream of becoming an astronaut or the President — she knew she wanted to work in marketing. With 10 years of experience working for agencies, she took the plunge, starting JLH Marketing in 2011.
An NC State grad, she’s spoken at SMX West, SMX Advanced, and PubCon. She’s been admiring the speakers we’ve attracted to State of Search and she’s stoked to now be included on the list.
Jenny has an innovative way of approaching SEO. She sees the Search Engines as the gateway into the minds and dreams of your customer. It’s about “context,” she always says, as your content needs to be relevant to what the reader is looking for and experiencing right now.
This is her first time in Texas, so point her in the direction of some great DFW local spots and she might drop a few tips on integrating user experience with customer acquisition and SEO. After working with large companies like: Black & Decker, the Four Seasons, SAP and Citibank, she has the experience working with large audiences and small.
