Learn, pitch, and prosper – only at State of Search
The digital space is supposed to be a pure meritocracy. But as ongoing conversations in both digital and marketing circles demonstrate, that hasn’t translated into real-world parity. Across the industry, women contribute around 30% of pitches received by conference organizers. This year barely 20% of speaking pitches for State of Search came from women. This raises the question: How do we fix this?
